Roar to the Shore is Thunderous Success

The annual Roar to Shore event and Rubber Ducky Boardwalk Ride is hosted by Cape Classic Motorcycle Group--a local motorcycle club with big ideas and even bigger hearts. The event brings thousands of bikers to town, and many participate in the Boardwalk motorcycle ride.

A group of local motorcycle enthusiasts are roaring into summer with a smokin’ barbecue to celebrate the creation of their new motorcycle group, the Jerzey Boyz. The group is holding the family-friendly, pig roast by “JD’s Barbecue” at the Moose Lodge, 569 Seashore Road, Erma, from 3-9 p.m. on Saturday, July 12.

What's half as long and twice as fun as a day on the golf course? Links for Life - a nine-hole women's golf "scramble" on Sunday, June 1, is great way to improve your swing, while helping others through the United Way of Cape May County's First Call for Help and Contact Cape-Atlantic.

While some golf outings can be intimidating, the focus of this annual event, held at Heritage Links Golf Course, 1375 Route 9, Palermo, is fun.
