The Teen Directory is a service for the youth of Cape May County. There are many resources available to help you deal with problems or to make your life more life more interesting and enjoyable.

Use this guide to call for information and assistance. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or to say what you need. If you run into problems ask for someone else who can help you.

Whether your needs are physical, emotional, recreational, educational or religious, someone can help. You can also ask for help from family members, clergy, teachers and counselors. You don’t have to go through this important stage of your life alone.
